You have a great business partner in E.L.K. Mechanical. From the quote process through the install, they were hands down above the rest of the four dealers I got quotes from. Their staff was very knowledgeable in how the different systems would work best for my home and which combination would provide me with the best return on investment, while giving me the best value up front. He worked very hard on helping me figure out how to modify the configuration so that it would give me the most utilizable space in my utility room. He also had the pride and professionalism to gut out and replace all of our cobbled together plenum ductwork from several modifications made by previous HVAC contractors in the 32 year life of the house. He went the extra mile to 'do it right'. He has a customer for life and I suspect you will too.

I really appreciate the great installation job. Very neat, orderly, efficient and left the place cleaner than when you arrived. Your set up instructions for the Edge thermostat were right on. It was simple for me to program the set back times for the week & week end. Well done...
